Clarity.. Peace.. Serenity...

The cool air washes over my face, as the sun shines through the clear blue Australian sky, finally engulfing me in it's comforting rays.

Then I open my eyes and look out to the fields of grass and trees, swaying with every gust of cool breeze and harboring the occasional nonchalant flock of ducks.

And I compare the past, and then the present, and finally think to myself, "This is life.. and it must be what content and happiness feels like"

  1. Hi Samuel,

G'day, you are in one of the windiest mining town in the world.

Got caught up with the rain this morning to work. There has been another car theft in Curtin carpark.

How's life in the largest sandpit of the world. It is the flu season ... take care, the flu jab does not contain this season's virus.

  5. Hi Samuel,

It is George, again who wrote about the car theft. Dun worry too much, as long as you take the usual precautions.

Anyway, I can never find enough parking for my car at Curtin, so the bus.

Now that you are in Perth. Enjoy life! There are a wider scope of things to experience here than studying in NUS. Anyway, uni is all about discovering.

    Cheers

  8. Hi Samuel

I chanced upon this by accident and i'm glad to have found another kindred flogger spirit. But I must disagree on the promotion of organic food (your ad). Organic farming is inefficient and an acre of land yields less crops than conventional farming. Farming is inherently bad for forests so more organic eating means less forests... :(

  9. yupp but i went to brisbane...so its not exactly serenity, rather, it was summer vacation and people were partying 24/7!!!!

  10. I wanna go to brisbane also! Acutally, I just wana go to Gold coast and movieworld.

Hi lawrence, well, it's really sad to hear about that fact. I guess it's an equivalent trade for everything. You get some, you give some. At least the demand for organic stuff isn't overwhelming now so we still get to keep a good share of greens right? :)
